The Amherst Chronicles is a song cycle of nature poems by Emily Dickinson that chart the seasons of a year in her hometown of Amherst, Massachusetts.

​

The cycle was composed for Swedish soprano Nina Kopparhed, who gave the premiere with pianist Neil Crossland at the 2019 Harrow Summer Music Festival. They recently recorded an EP of the work; check out the Spotify preview below or stream it here.
